I, Yuji WAKIYA, started a cooking career at the age of 15, and thanks to you, I am celebrating my 50th year as a chef this year. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all again for your encouragement and guidance.

Cancellation Policy
A store staff will call you about a week before the reservation date to confirm. If you would like to change the time or number of people, please let us know at that time.
If you are late for more than 20 minutes from the reservation time without contacting us, it will be automatically canceled.

If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged to your registered credit card based on the cancellation policy you agreed to when you confirmed your reservation.
The date and percentage of the cancellation fee will differ depending on the number of people you booked. Thank you for your understanding.

[Reservations for 1 to 4 people]
- 3 days to the day before you booked : 50% of the booked course fee
- On the day you booked : 100% of the booked course fee

[Reservations for 5 or more people]
- 6 days to 2 days before you booked : 50% of the booked course fee
- The day before and on the day you booked : 100% of the booked course fee

・The same cancellation fee will be charged even if the number of reservations is reduced.
・Cancellations due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters are not applicable.
